Hey there, Linking Circles community!

Can you believe we’re already in Quarter 2 of 2025? 🚀 We’re thrilled to share our key milestones from the past quarter, showcasing our commitment to creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for all.

You Spoke, We Listened!

We’ve been working hard to empower youths with albinism, and we’re excited to announce our strategic partnership with the Albinism Association of Nigeria’s youth wing and MistyGlam agency to launch the groundbreaking Albinism Youth Exchange Program. This initiative will empower 50 youths with albinism in Yaba, Lagos State, with valuable training, resources, and support.

Inclusive Education for All!

We’re passionate about creating a more inclusive virtual classroom environment, and we’ve taken a significant step towards achieving this goal! We’ve trained and certified 20 new educators in inclusive education, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to support students with diverse needs.

Taking the Global Stage!

Our founder, Elizabeth Adams, was in Berlin at the Global Disability Summit as an African youth delegate, speaking about the competence of young persons with disabilities and how they should be given equal opportunities to participate in the workspace.

She moderated a session on this topic and was also a panellist.

What’s Next?

We’re just getting started, and we have some exciting initiatives lined up for the coming months!

– African Language Learning Programs: We’re launching our African language learning programs, connecting African students worldwide with tutors who can guide them through their native languages.

– Inclusivity in Virtual Classroom Teacher Training: We’re continuing our teacher training program, accommodating 50 new tutors. Scholarships are available based on terms and conditions.

– Afterschool Tutoring Programs: Our afterschool tutoring programs for students in Keystages 1-4 are still available, with a diverse range of tutors ready to serve.
